Delivery and return

1. Introduction

This page details the conditions and procedures for back and EXCHANGE of products purchased on the parfumatica.ro website. Our goal is to offer you a transparent and fair purchasing experience, ensuring that, in the event of a return or exchange, the process is as simple and fast as possible.


2. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

  1. Who benefits?

    • Individuals who purchase products as consumers (non-entrepreneurs) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, according to GEO 34/2014.

    • Legal entities and natural persons [entrepreneurs] do not benefit from the legal right of withdrawal.

  2. Exercise period

    • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a written request (email to contact@luxeparfum.site ) until the expiry of the 14 days . The date of sending the e-mail constitutes the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

    • In your request, please clearly state:

      • Your name and surname;

      • Order number and date of placement;

      • The product(s) returned and the reason (optional);

  3. Conditions for exercising the right

    • The product is being returned. unused , accompanied by all accessories, original packaging, attached labels and accompanying documents (invoice/invoices, completed return form).

    • Consumable products (perfumes, cosmetics, tobacco) can be returned only in sealed packaging (unsuccessful); once unsealed, they are no longer eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects visible upon receipt.

    • The return must be made within the same 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal notification and any shipping costs related to the return are borne by the customer, except in the case where the product is defective or does not comply with the order.


3. Return Conditions

  1. Packaging and product condition

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all items included: boxes, covers, protective films, user manuals, accessories and labels.

    • The product must be complete, without signs of wear, damage or signs of use.

    • If we find that the product has been damaged by the customer (scratches, traces of use), we reserve the right to refuse the return or to withhold part of the refunded amount in proportion to the degree of damage.

  2. Return packaging

    • Pack the product carefully, using protective material (bubble wrap, cardboard) and make sure the outer packaging is sturdy.

    • In the package, include the completed return form (you can download the template from the website or write it down on a piece of paper: name, order number, product, reason for return).

  3. Return processing time

    • After receiving the package at our warehouse, the inspection team will assess the condition of the product in maximum 5 working days .

    • If all return conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation by email and the refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of return confirmation.


4. Refund of Amounts

  1. Refund method

    • The refund is made exclusive through the same payment method used for the purchase,

    • If you paid cash on delivery of the package, the amount will also be refunded via cash on delivery, to the account specified in the return request.

  2. Amount refunded

    • We will refund value of products returned.

    • Delivery fees (initial shipment) are not refunded, except in the case where the product was delivered defective or does not correspond to the order.

    • If the return was caused by a defective or incorrectly delivered product, the shipping fee will be refunded in full, and the cost of return shipping is borne by us.

  3. Exclusion of return fees

    • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer (non-entrepreneurial natural person), except for the mentions in point 4.2.

    • If the customer has chosen cash on delivery and returns a product, the cost of the shipping courier can be deducted from the refunded amount, only if this was communicated at the time of confirming the return.


5. Product Exchange

  1. When is the exchange available?

    • Exchange can only be requested for products:

      • With same price or, in case of a price difference, the customer will pay the difference.

      • In same 14 day interval calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

    • For defective or non-conforming products (wrong color, different model, etc.), the exchange is free of charge, and we will also bear the return and reshipment costs.

  2. Exchange procedure

    1. Send an email to contact@luxeparfum.site , indicating:

      • Name and surname;

      • Order number;

      • The product desired for exchange and the reason for the exchange;

      • Alternative options, if the product originally requested is no longer available.

    2. After our confirmation, prepare the old product for shipment according to section 3.2 (Return Packaging).

    3. Ship the product to the return address indicated in section 3.3.

    4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you the new product or, if there is a price difference, we will send you instructions for paying the difference.

    5. The delivery of the new product is made in maximum 5 working days from the date of confirmation of the exchange and payment of the difference (if applicable).

  3. Exchange conditions

    • The product returned for exchange must be in the same conditions as for returns: packaged, unused, accompanied by labels and accessories.

    • If the product you want to exchange is no longer in stock and there is no similar alternative, you will be able to choose:

      • Refund of the amount paid (according to the return procedure);

      • Choosing another product of similar or higher value (with a price difference calculated accordingly).


6. Exceptions and Products with Restricted Returns/Exchanges

  1. Hygiene products and consumables

    • Perfumes, cosmetics, personal care products can be returned only if the sealed packaging has not been opened . Once opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they have manufacturing defects.

    • Tobacco, food and other perishable products cannot be returned unless they are delivered with obvious defects.

  2. Customized products

    • Personalized items (engravings, special packaging) are not returnable and cannot be exchanged, except in situations where the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly.

  3. Discounted products, special offers

    • Products purchased at a reduced price (promotions, seasonal discounts, stock clearance) can be returned according to the general policy, but they cannot be exchanged for other products. In the event of a return, the amount originally paid will be refunded.

  4. Gift vouchers and gift cards

    • Vouchers and gift cards cannot be returned for cash. If you do not use them in full, the remaining value can be used later (according to the terms printed on the voucher).


7. Policy Deviations and Contingencies

  1. Products Delivered with Defects

    • If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping, contact us. within 24 hours upon receipt to contact@luxeparfum.site , with photos to prove the problem.

    • We will give you the option to replace the defective product or receive a refund, at no additional cost.

  2. Delivery Error

    • If a different product than the one ordered (model, color, quantity) was delivered, we will take care of the return and ship the correct product, at no additional cost.

    • To benefit from this service, contact us within 24 hours from receipt of the order and provide us with all the details of the error.

  3. Limitations of Liability

    • We cannot accept returns of products that show signs of wear, repairs, modifications, or that can no longer be sold as new, due to the customer's fault.

    • We are not responsible for damaged packaging after the package has been handed over to the courier; we recommend that you use durable packaging and request the insurance option (if the product is of high value).

The order is delivered by express courier within 1-3 business days.

The payment for packages delivered via DPD Courier in Romania will be borne by the customer and will be in the amount of 20 RON.
